Hello Sir/ Madam,
I would like to complain regarding the Internet connectivity that has been really affected my official work, online studies and browsing my needs.
It has been almost 2 weeks that the Airtel internet service here in Shillong, Meghalaya is very very poor, that whenever i try to browse the internet, it doesnt even load a page after waiting for so long.
I have check the validity of my balance, i have put the airtel sim card in the sim card slot 1, i have switch off and on again of my mobile, i have try to insert my airtel sim card in others handset, but the connectivity is still the same. It simply shows a 4G network in my handset, but there is very less data, within 1Kb only, it cannot even load a single page and even if it load also, it took so much time to wait. Then what is the point of that 4G network, it seems that it is just showing for name sake that it is a 4G, i didnt recharge a 4G pack for nothing, i should get the service with what i am paying for.
Hence, i once again would like to urge you to look into this matter and direct the person concern in Shillong, Meghalaya or do whatever it is neccesary to make your network to work smoothly because i am not the only person who is using airtel network.
