There is no company without any email helpline, or chat support.
But, airtel doesn’t have both. You need to call them everytime to get answers to your questions.
Even, their call service is so poor, when i called them, first i explained my issue to the person who picked up the call. Then, she told me that she is unable to solve it and will connect to seniors. I waited for 12 minutes, and then the call was automatically disconnected. I was very annoyed that time.
Actually my query was :
I got some external coupons of airtel and wanted to redeem, but was unable. This problem is there from past 4 months.
