I’m writing this mail to highlight the nuisance that I have been facing for the past couple of days. The standards of the service has drastically declined. Call drops and poor internet connectivity seems like to be the new born in Airtel nowadays. It doesn’t matter whether I’m at office (Financial district, Hyderabad) or at home(Madhapur, Hyderabad), the connection is always poor. Please do something about it
