Dear Sir/Madam
I had raised an issue with customer service in May’22 related to my internet issue but after 1 month my issue not yet resolved by Airtel Care.
Due to non resolution of the issue, contacted to customer care (i.e.121) from the last 2 days & discussed the issue with Mrs.Sarika (Senior Person) but she didn’t resolve my issue.
Also she promised that will arrange a call back request for your issue, however from the last 2 days she made a statement twice like “within 4 hrs we will arrange the call back request from Airtel Services for resolution” but after 48 hrs i couldn’t received any call from Airtel Service.
This is the pathetic/irritating service that I have ever seen.
Due to your ignorance/non-response service, i have lost my 1-month recharge & additional recharge 50 GB internet pack, which would request to compensate my loss in the renewal pack.
