Hi Sir/Madam,
I would like to let you know that I had ordered a Salwar Suit, but while my mother went to the tailer the cloth was scratched (fataa hua) inside wrapping, then I requested to return, and today at evening I got call from Flipkart delivery boy, and he asked to handover it to him at landmark, then I told him to go at address and pick up the product because I was in office. But he denied to go there then I had requested to come tomorrow I will be there then I will handover it to you at my landmark.
BUT HE REJECTED TO PICKUP AND STATES IN COMMENT THAT (PRODUCT MIS-MATCHED). SO I WANT TO KNOW HOW FLIPKART DELIVERY BOY JUDGED AND CLAIMED MISMATCHED PRODUCT EVEN HE DIDNT VISIT AT MY HOME.
Can you please investigate this issue and have necessary action against the LIeR flipkart delivery boy.
