Good Morning Sir / Madam , 

I am Miss Divya Sivasankaran , resident of  marathon embryo 803 , lake road, Bhandup west. I am writing this letter to complain about the increase in the amount for light bills even when we were not present in the month of November , December and Jan as we were in kerala for medical treatment. I have been receiving bills for 3500, 2500 and 1800 even when are house is shut down.

I request you to please help me with this issue.
