I have taken a new connection of Vodaphhone post paid number is 9874422227 few month ago.On that time I inquiry on line a vodaphone executive came my home & give me new connection.On that time he take Rs.200 for connection by cash(no receipt given by him).He told me on the time of change postpaid to prepaid connection this amount will adjustment with my postpaid bill.
On dated 05-01-2019 I visited Hazra Vodaphone store for convert my number postpaid to prepaid.As per their concern they told me clear the amount Rs.560. I clear my postpaid bill amount Rs.560 on there(payment receipt & both sim details are attached with this mail) store.After one day the new sim connection came & after identity verification(call on 59059).
I recharge 399. Out going facility & net facility activate but incoming facility was not activated on that number.After so many times telephonic conversation on customer care executive by phone I repeated visit with my above mentioned problem on same Hazra vodafone store on dated 12/01/2019 evening. There they recharge on the same number Rs.35 (no recharge message come in my phone) on the store and told me after 48 hours in coming facility will activated automatically no need to farther come to store( I stay 2-3 hours distance from Hazra vodafone store).To day I call customer care executive in front of Vodafone mini store Batanagr they repeated tell me to contract Vodafone store to solve the problem.
On 09-03-2019 I again visit on same Hazra vodafone store they replace me new sim for solve the problem.But face the same problem again.
