Text of Complaint by Pintu Bodala:

I’m Pintu Bodala and below are the details of my issue:

Order ID: R419027621

Name of the Product and Color: Mivi Duopod A25 Black

Date of purchase: 07-09-2021

The exact issue with the product: The left earbud is disconnected automatically after 30 to 60 sec of successful pairing with phone.
Also even if I moved my head left or right side the audio mutes and sound turn off..

Mivi claims that this duopod a25 connectivity range is 30 feet but I don’t even get it 10 feet.

They received the product back on 01/10/2021 for testing and if problem found they will replace my product but still today Dt:26/10/2021 they can’t test the product and not reply to my mail from 20 days.
They just reply on facebook and Instagram telling they need some more time to test your product.
