I had my min kyc done last year, however the validity expired to become a full kyc member,now my Paytm wallet is deactivated and my money of amount 4600 is stuck in the wallet , I raised an issue to transfer my Wallet money to my desired account, I gave the required/asked account details also ,the customer care executive said that the need will be completed within 4 hours but more than 24 hours is past and here I am writing this complaint after trying hundred of times to reach the customer care executive but got no response. This annoying behaviour is not at all tolerated from a big platform such as Paytm . I am a navy student and I need my money ASAP and this is service which I am being provided by the Paytm.
