I am a user of Vodafone since last 10 years and my mobile number is 9821412911.
I recently moved my Vodafone account from Company owned to self owned and visited the Vodafone store in Viviana Mall Thane for the same . I was told that verification is required to be done for which a person from Vodafone verification would be visiting my residence.
Three days later I am told that verification was negative because the agent could not find my residence !! This is impossible because I stay in Lodha Luxuria Thane which is one of the prominent landmark buildings in Thane. Subsequently I visited the Vodafone store at Viviana mall in Thane and was told that verification process is again initiated. This time the verification agent says that Security guard said that verification was negative. I visited the Vodafone store third time and once again I was told that process has again been initiated. This time I informed my family members and security guard to be available in case the agent comes for verification. Nobody turned up for verification at the scheduled time and imagine my surprise when three days later I again get an IVR message stating verification is not done.
I again visited the store on Friday, 5th April and was told that somebody would come to my residence for verification on 6th April for verification. I stayed at home inspite of it being a family festival. Once again no one has turned up for verification .
I am fed up of this pathetic service from Vadofone. Please rectify this problem immediately, else I will be taking up this with Consumer forum.
Please provide me revert at the earliest.
