Order #21-22-272340 placed on Jul 2, 2021 01:41 pm
Ordered blank DVDs in July 2021. The order was never shipped. Initially, there was no response to my enquiries regarding the same. In response to recent enquiries, the seller tells me the order was delivered, which is absolutely false (please see attached screenshot of chat with their Business account).
In response to a complaint on a different portal (posted on 11/01/2022), I received a call from the store (+912266307777). They offered to give me store credit. I refused because I was never going to order from them again.
The store agreed to process a refund to my bank account and asked for details. I provided those details on the same day but haven’t received a refund or heard from them since.
