Text of Complaint by Susmi Monalisa:

I booked an auto on the Rapido app. Several of my rides got cancelled and then one auto with the number ODO2AH9096 accepted the ride. But he called and threatened me to the cancel the ride using abusive language because he was at a longer distance from the pick up location. I replied very politely that he should cancel the ride because the problem is on his side, but then he started abusing me. I cut the call.
