I joined on October 2nd 2021 Firstly they told me to register on their site and upload data of 500 cv in 5 days I’ve so many time but I had some health issues to do work so I can’t do that. And now when the last date of submission data ends they forcing me to pay the penalty of 10000 rs. Regarding that I paid about Rs 10000. Yesterday , November 11th 2021 a message has send to my whatsapp from +91 8866649997 and the message is ” #my name# WE ARE INITIATING LEGAL PROCEEDINGS. KINDLY HIRE A LAWYER AND GO FOR FURTHER PROCESS. WE AT THE PERSONAL JOB SOLUTIONS ARE GOING WITH LEGAL PROCEEDINGS UNDER SECTION 72,73,74, IN THE INDIAN CONTRACT ACT, 1872. DUE TO VIOLATING THE CONTRACT.IT WAS A FIRST SLOT SERVICE CHARGES YOU HAVE PAID BUT ACCORDING TO THE AGREEMENT YOUR 3SLOTS HAS BEEN PENDING”. They call me but I didn’t attend the call so they a voice message threatening me to pay 40000rs , if not paid they will move legal action with in 24-48 hrs they will send the legal notice . This Is a mental and harassment and abuse . Kindly please take action on this VERBAL and MENTAL ABUSE .
