I had ordered a Wooden Indoor Jhula with AMAN MAHESWARI JAIN, Ph- 9509001138 in Jodhpur. He took the deposit of ₹ 52,000 from me on 04 Dec 2022. It was transferred to his bank account via NEFT to his Kotak Mahindra Bank Account 6313916817 in two transactions of ₹ 45,000 and ₹ 7,000 [Transaction IDs: 2212-070824463600 and 2212-041551540500 respectively]. But after taking the deposit he started delaying the order. What he said he will deliver in 1 month, he made no progress even in 2 months, and started making excuses. I cancelled the order as my client could not wait any further. He said he will send the Money bank, but that has also not happened, it’s more than a week now and daily follow ups that I am doing. All he says that he will do, but I neither received the furniture and now I am struggling to get my deposit back. He did not send a single picture of any work in progress and clearly has has cheated another person as per the complaint on this site and and It is clear that he is running fraudulent business practices. I am putting in a complaint to get my deposit back. Thanks.
I have all the proofs of account transfer WhatsApp messages and can furnish this as required.
