I had ordered a Dining Set with AMAN JAIN, Ph- 9509001138 in Jodhpur. He took the deposit of USD $1000 (Rs 73666.47) from me. It was transferred to his bank account via Transfer Wise, Transaction ID – 234179786. But after taking the deposit he started delaying the order. What he said he will deliver in 1 week, he made no progress even in 3 weeks, and started making excuses. I cancelled the order as my client could not wait any further. I tried to cancel the deposit transfer to his account, but by then it was already completed and bank said they cannot revert. It is 5+ months now, he makes a new excuse everyday. I neither received the furniture and now I am struggling to get my deposit back. I am thinking he is cheating lot more people like this. It is clear to me that he is running fraudulent business practices. I am putting in a complaint to get my deposit back. Thanks.
