I have booked TVS Iqube electric scooter on 2nd February 2023, booking is done at Ahmedabad at that time they was told that the delivery will be delivered by 31-03.23, but now they are not responding from any tvs company side or Dealor side they only said 1_2week delivery done,but 7 months happened,but delivery not received
I contacted TVS customer care8-10 time but there toll free number was always busy I have also received mails from TVS in we will solve your complian very soon.
When I booked Feb 2023 tvs iqube approx cost was Rs 1,35,000/- when I visit Dealor showroom than they said Rs 1,41,813 & my 90% payment was happened,but company still not delivered Vechile & now Dealor said ur Vechile value increases 1,50,000/-….why I paid excess money rs 15000/- …it’s company fault they not delivered Vechile @7 month.
