I had placed an online order through advertisement posted on facebook with veerzara.com on dt 15.03.19 by order ID111886. I had received my order Dt 25.03.19. But material is wrong in packet. So I am complaint on given customer care number for replacing on Dt 25.03.19 and tell me 3-4 working days contact me. But there is no response. So I am again call on customer care number for refunding my money Rupees 1941 dated on 31.03.19 then again tell 3-4 days contact, again no response. Mailing address is wrong given on site. Order time order number is in six digit but if complain on customer care number then tell five digit number . I am confused which five digit is my order number.
