Hi,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Pre-Paid Plans
The issue that I have experienced was that I am currently in Canada and stuck due to COVID. There is a trend going on since last 1 year and now I am complaining about it since now it’s too much.
15 times before and recently on 3rd Dec, today (13 Dec). I am not sure why these VAS services keep getting added automatically which is utter nonsense.
I have tried deactivating in all ways but still it keeps happening without my consent.
I want a refund of all those extra charges of VAS which I never intended to use from last 1 year. Please take this on priority.
