The VAS services on my VI number are being continuosly enabled without my consent and amount is being deducted from my balance.This has happened around 30 times with me since Oct 2020 and on complaint sometimes I get back the refund, sometimes I don’t get back quoting it has been more than 24 hours.
Is this way VI is trying to loot its customers?I am pretty sure I haven’t clicked on any unwanted links or accepted to enable my caller tune which is what I get to hear on asking the reason for enabling the VAS service.
PLEASE STOP LOOTING INDIA JUST FOR YOUR PROFIT.THIS WAY YOU WILL LOSE MORE CUSTOMERS.
