Vodafone has charged me VAS without my consent and have been renewing it without any knowledge. I happened to just look at my billing cycle to my surprise I found I being charged for which I haven’t subscribed. This is RIDICULOUS. I am a valued customer of Vodafone and I did not expect such a behaviour. Will have to port it to other providers and will also advise my relatives and friends to avoid using Vodafone.
