On 16th April and today Rs. 49.00 each day have been deducted from my balance stating activation of some service which I never did.
On contacting customer initial informatio Provided was within 24 hours of balance deduction if complaint is raised then amount will be refunded. The 16th April amount has not yet been.refunded and again today 49 deducted. Executive straightaway denied refunding stating there’s no higher authority above him.
In total till now 98 rupees have been deducted from my balance without me activating any services.
