I would like to inform you that on 02 Jan 2023 I had booked a flight ticket through VARAFI website with Indigo in flight 6E 445 (IXB-BLR) for 15 Jan 2023 (12:30 departure). My Booking id was VID6687910029.
But on 13 Jan 2023, I received a mail saying my flight ticket for 6E 445 has been Aborted. As I tried to contact tele marketing team numerous time but every time I have been told that I’ll get my money for Rs 5995 refunded in 7 working days and till now I have not received it.
