I did flight bookings on Varafi.com for the first time on 26th January 2023 for my to-and-fro travel from Bangalore to Lucknow, scheduled for the 10th (to) and 12th March 2023 (return).

On the 7th of March 2023 (two days before my scheduled travel date, I received an email saying my travel has been ‘unfortunately’ ABORTED.

When I called the customer care, they offered no explanation for the cancellation and promised a full refund within 24 to 48 hrs.

I have been following up with them since then via email and calls and they are using scripted response and buying time. I have spoken to Divya and Himanshu (don’t even know they are their real names), who just keep repeating the same lines and don’t connect to senior staff which makes me believe they are a small setup with a few staff.

Now having read the other complaints on this website against Varafi.com, I now strongly believe they are a scam website that is defrauding passengers.

Please help me get my refund and also take action against the people behind this website so no one else gets defrauded by them.
