Dear Sir,
I am John Caleb resident of Nalgonda District, in the year 2016, i trusted one person who is named as Ravuri Enosh Joseph, also my Friend on FB, Resident H. No. 15-1-36, 102, Aspen Castle, Opp Hotel Grand Bay, Vishakapatnam, and as i asked his advice to buy a van Tata Winger for our church, This person asked me to send some initial deposits and he got that put on a bond paper and send me the initial receipt of Rs 20,000 (Twenty Thousand),
But when we were hoping to get that van by paying the other amount, we were asked to send more money for NOC- i also made that payment. So The total payment made was Rs. 50,000(Fifty Thousand) so this Enosh has a friend who is a cyber crime S.I in Vizag, (A.P) at that time in 2016-2017, i don’t remember his name and he also was helping in that deal i trusted and finally got to know that the van belonged to some one else and was also sold to us. we were sent to pics of the van and finally the person who is sold the van returned back the money to this person Enosh and this person Enosh has been trying to give me some excuses to return back my money. and then i and my father we went to his house in Vizag and spoke to his father Mr Ravuri Joseph and he admitted that the money had been returned back and that he would refund back the money. which he also never did till date.
He would not respond to the phone calls since last 3 years and also heard that the father along with the family have shifted elsewhere.
I tried calling the helpline numbers at Vishakapatnam last year in 2019 but i was asked to be present physically and lodge a complaint, but i am staying abroad now for my studies and so could not come to lodge a physical complaint so while searching online found out this consumer complaint court so hoping to get some justice.
