Valorah holidays (resort and hospitality) I planned holiday according to their rules, and their sales executive told me that he would manage. Now sales executive resigned and their reservation team is saying they don’t have property suitable for me. So i can contact them from next holiday. Or i need to reschedule my holiday.

No one is there to receive our calls only they are calling us for fill up the EMI and after that the number is not working and it is out of coverage in spite of calling many times on toll free number it is saying you don’t have balance to call this contact number I don’t know for what they are collecting EMI from the members, if we are members then of which resort we are the members we didn’t get the booking on holidays we can get the bookings at the time you want to go out what is the use of being the members
