The valmo agent who handle courier, ignored the return pick from 11th Jan then 13th Jan, 15th Jan, finally 18th Jan, and then he cancelled the pick adding false comment that customer refused for return. Again reinitiated return on 18th Jan which got scheduled for 21st Jan 2025 but not surprisingly still not pick up happened. And Meesho is just creating lame excuses in the name of resolution. My time and money is wasted.
I request the Consume court authorities to take valuable action against Meesho and Valmo for poor customer service and resolution.
