My account number is 106144581, I did my recharge on 17.9.23 because I received a mail on my email that if I recharge 2023 rupees, I will get validity for one year, on which I spoke to the customs officer on my mobile. If I recharge for 2023, then I will get one year’s validity, then the officer said that yes, you can recharge for 2023 rupees, on which I recharged for 2023 rupees, but when I got the message, I got nine months’ validity. On which I again spoke to the customs officer that I have received the validity of 9 months, he said that nothing will be fixed after some time but it did not happen, I have said many times but my account has not been fixed, which I have said several times to stop my connection and return my money, but nothing is being resolved by you, please pay attention to my complaint and resolve my issue, thank you.
