Recently Idea stopped my outgoing calls saying my validity was over. Until a few days ago, my validity was till 2021.The customer care is not helping me understand what happened. Now they are forcing me to recharge each month with RS35/ Rs65 to get 28 days validity extension. This is clearly extortion of money and exploitation as the validity of the Sim card was reduced. It is thus necessary to curb this injustice that is taking place in a rampant scale
