I am using Idea Cellular since 2 years along with Jio Network. But few days ago I get a message from Idea Service about Stop Outgoing Call SMS Service in my Idea number 08602376535…..I am attached here screenshot of that message……at 27/11/2018 I called to 198 through Idea Cellular then there executive informed me that outgoing services will be stopped at 29/11/2018 and incoming services also stopped at 14/12/2018 if I don’t get recharge of RS35 or more…
This is wrong way to get money if customer is not interested in recharge in ur network
Many persons gets such kind of message for recharge but this is unfair way to get money from customer.
I request u to take some actions against such things and telecommunication companies.
