Hai all,
I have recharged my sim with the special recharge as usually I did, because i need this sim to be valid/Active because i submitted this number for all government documents, and for OTP purposes I using vodafone sim from past 2years.
On august 24th i made a recharge of 1).78rs special recharge – it automatically changed to caller tune facility which is was not my need
2).50rs ; shows talktime and no service validity
still sim is not valid and it just says we are not eligible to make calls. Is this vodafone and idea merged to loot thier customers, Big headache.if we wont use for outgoing purpose main balance will become zero after thier dates now they started new business called validity……
Customers also should recharge validity and main balance.
Government should take serious actions for this peoples.
Make a strict rule if we use outgoing or incoming calls the currency needs to be deducted or elso balance should remain same untill or unless i throw my sim.
