Please help me to get my money back from V2kart.com. i have ordered 3 kurtis from them in August(dont know the exact date)
After received the products all r not good fir for me. Order id is : V2-000639642 So i have placed 2 returns with refund option and 1 exchange for another size… After few days they collected all the 3 products and after few days i have received exchange product, but not my refund money… When i login to their site and see the updates, it keeps showing me return initiated. I think i have place return order on 12th August… But no refund till now. I raised a ticket and within a day, they sent like u will receive refund sms where u will fill ur bank details either u get wallet amount or to your bank account… But till now no sms… Or link. And without solving my issue they closed the ticket… So i had a chat on wtsapp with 2 girls named chetna(who had sent me mail and closed the ticket aswell) and sonal where they will keep telling the story…
In between all this, after i had ordered kurtis i keep getting the calls from someone saying he is from V2kart retail ltd and i have own first price that Tata safari car and i need to pay them money to receive my price. This is pakka fake i know. So i blasted them. Even though they were calling me from different no. I had sent those nos on wtsapp to v2kart aswell. Anyways thats not my business now. I need my refund money. I dont whts our govt is doing still this kind of frauds happening.
