Very poor Service received from V Guard Water Geyser Customer Support.

Problem was
MCB got tripped when switching on the V Guard Water Geyser…due to this reason complain was raised to V Guard customer care…

From their side technician Sandip Sen (Mob -9239419964) visited. but without any resolution he charged Rs. 450/- for his visit. and also he is unable to inform any closure date that when the issue will be rectified.
without any service he just charged money for his visit.
.
Really unable to understand what kind of service it is?

almost 3 weeks past but issue not resolved yet.

I suggest everyone please don’t use V Guard Product. their service is pathetic.
