Hi,

I am Muthu krishna H on 18/10/2018 around 12:55 pm i made a payment for utility bill but the transaction was failed for unknown reasons ref no: 6312219048 for the amount of 1415rps on 20/10/2018 is my utility bill last date i have to on or before the above date as u discussed with paytm customer care chat representative they told me that the refund amount will credit to my account within 5 working date. That the issue is not from my end but still i have to wait for 5 days the get my amount back and i have to pay the utility bill including late fee. This is serious issue please get back to me ASAP. For your reference please check the attachment.
