I have ordered two soft silk saree from ustana the material and quality of saree is the worst I tried to contact customer the number is reachable and the mail is also not receiveing any reply both phone number and email I’d are fake I want to return the saree and refund it the cost of the saree is 1700/- both but the quality of saree both included the worst saree I have seen this. I request you please not this and please refund it back my money and I want you to take any action for this fraud. I have seen now after the survey that they are doing with many people so please take action so that nobody can’t think about doing this .
