on 21st march 2021 I visited vi store for upgradation of sim they take Rs 100 as a charges of upgradation. After that I call vi customer care they said that there are no charges of upgradation of sim, according to vi policy it is upgradation of sim is free service.
the vi store owner is looting customer on the name of vi and also misbehave and talked rudely with customers
this case falled under the act of cheating which means section 420 in India penal code
