Swiggy delivered a used product and refused to adhere to resolve this issue.
on Jul 27th, I ordered 2 sets of playing cards at my home. On 29th I opened to use them during the weekend. I found the card decks supplier are completely used ones and missing cards. also the cards are not in sequential order as if for a new deck. they are completely random placed.
I contacted swiggy customer service for filing a complaint, the customer service agent started chatting and refused to listen and fix the issue of having their vendors conducting unethical business practices, rather he was questioning me to check if the deck has 52 cards or not etc.
I shared pictures of the deck and still the customer service agent trying to do a favor to me by offering a refund for one deck rather giving me full commitment of action against such vendor. I am sharing all the pictures of the chat herewith.
Further I tried to search their phone numbers online, none of the are functional except one line which allows onboarding suppliers with Swiggy.
this is really frustrating that such companies taking advantage of customer needs and exploiting for their financial benefit.
