Ajio sent me used product without tag. Return initiated within hours but they are not taking it back and retiring my money. They have created complaint several time . I have seven complaint numbers and lots of apologies from ajio but not solution and my money. Why they sent product without tag and if it is their mistake then why customer should suffer?
