Dear Sir
I have placed the the RK Aqua Water purifier on 19th October 2020 & Got delivered on 20th October 2020 and on 20th October 2020 installation technician came to our house and tried to install the same, but he found it is used product and advised me to return the product and get it is new one. i have taken same snapshots and communicated with AMAZON Team, they have asked me to send the images, as per that i have sent images and communicated the same, Amazon team advised, they will do replacement order, as per that AMAZON Team made replacement order, but might be vendor not responded to deliver new one and again i called next day to check the status, nothing movement from vendor, so AMAZON Team adviced to cancel the order and return the product and place new order, as per that, AMAZON Team cancelled the order completely and made return request, as per that i have returned the product on 26th October 2020.
as of now i didn’t get new product or i didn’t get refund to my account, i don’t know what i have to do
i have lost my product and money also, now i am helpless,
here i am sending the images of used product and invoice also.
i request you please look in the matter and help me to get my money return to my AMAZON Pay or my bank
