I have purchased oppo enco buds 2 from Flipkart via this seller Buzz India, Bhiwandi. I got a used product with lots of scratches all over the charging case. This seller has been sending people returned product taking equal price of new as i have seen people getting such products in review. Still Flipkart is not taking any action against this seller . I asked for refund but still haven’t got any confirmation from seller . My money wasted because of this seller and Flipkart.
