A used pair of Sports Shoes were delivered at the given address:
#240/7, Tower No. 15, Sec. 126, Mohali.
On informing the customer service and authority about the same, the issue was neither addressed and nor the refund of 2000 INR was given. The customer service was contacted 4-5 times yet nothing was done.
