I had ordered two sandals of size 8 and 9 on18th Oct 2023. I received the order on 23rd Oct. To my surprise, both came in same outer package with two boxes inside. One box contained size 8 sandals as ordered. The other one contained used and torned shoes. When I contacted Myntra they immediately acknowledged the mistake and approved the return and refund of the used product. But when the pick up wish master from ekart came to pick up, they told I can’t pick this product as it is not matching the image. How will it even match when I have not got the right product? Even after showing them the approval on myntra app they told they can’t accept it as it is failing verification. Again I raised a complaint by contacting myntra, they told they have logged a complaint and will get resolved in next 3 days. The next day again the wish master came, looked at the product denied the pick up. This happened for three days. 4th day I got a message saying “we couldn’t pick up your order hence we are cancelling your request” and just after that I got a message from myntra that “your issue has been resolved”. Again I logged a return request around 27th Oct they said the same thing again, and again I logged a complaint with myntra and the process repeated and again after 4 failed attempts to pick up the defective and used product the complaint was closed or marked as resolved. Today again when I contacted myntra they told “they ll resolve the issue in another 4days and a complaint has been raised”. But I see no complaint has been raised, no return has been raised. Request your immediate attention to get a refund back.
