We ordered an 8 bedsheet set from Napptol. The received product is incomplete (we got only 7) and the bedsheets were dusty when we opened (seemed like used). We raised complaints multiple times, it has been 2 weeks. they say their representative will come and take back the order. But no one ever came. We asked for a refund. They just stay active on WhatsApp and toll, promise they will take action, but it is all fake.
