I have purchased USB rechargeable wireless portable vacuum cleaner from Eezee shop in online Cash on delivery (COD) for Rs.999 vide order No.BS81429 dt.5th Aug’23. The item is very poor quality and it is looking like a toy…the item further is totally different from the one which was shown in video. I want to return the item and claim for refund…however i am clueless whom to approach….Pls help me in getting the refund of Rs.999 at the earliest.
