Customer care ( only 1 person) uses filthy words for refund even after days of failure in payment… For my eb bill, the amount was debited but no bill paid nor money didn’t credited back. they said refund 7th to 10th day. … After negative review, He called and asked for debit card details for refund, with cvv and password, sends coded mesgs(hack).
