Urgent- Undue Harassment & Salary being held by HDFC Sandoz Branch

This is with regards to the undue harassment and chaos created by HDFC Sandoz Branch respected (Mr Vibhuti, Mr Ivan & Miss Yogita) in particular. Mentioning all the cases and tickets raised so far. Please find below instances.
Case no 1 when HDFC debited by account on lien of credit card payment which was already paid. Email attached marked as no.1.
Case no.2 After highlighting it so much my account was put for no debit for no rhyme and reason. I escalated the matter further and then there was a new story that my account was on no debit. Attachment 2 has my email recorded.
Case no. 3 I visited nearest branch Andheri east where Yogita mentioned Kyc is due, I did that as well. Looping her on the mail here as she helped me with the kyc updation.
Case no. 4 Kyc was resolved but the account was in no debit for which I was told to visit Sandoz Branch.
Case no. 5 When I visited HDFC I met Mr. Vibhuti(looped in mail) he interrogated me and I duly co-operated showing him mails as well of loans or my job letter or noc. Later he was convinced and he himself informed Mr Ivan(looped in mail) that she has taken loan and has proofs what needs to be done. He looked pretty much convinced after speaking to Ivan. Later I received an email too stating no debit is removed(evidence attached).
Case no. 6 Received a call from Miss Yogita(looped in) that she wanted me to visit Sandoz Branch. I immediately said will visit and I co-operated as well. Miss Yogita had not even informed Mr Vibhuti or Ivan about calling me to the Branch, I visited the Branch greeted Mr Vibhuti who looked surprised and said Madam why have u come? your case is closed already then I shared the number of madam Yogita to Vibhuti and the rest followed , it was only when she(Miss Yogita) had this peculiar tone where in she started snapping that show me evidences and the 2 hours co-operation which I sat right infront of Mr Vibhuti’s desk is not justified as she was not convinced. She was in no mood to listen nor see anything which I had written on statement. She asked me to visit again and I told her I don’t have the time to travel so far again as I had already visited twice for the same thing. I told her will see maybe next week will visit gain.
The questions asked by Miss Yogita were why did your sister transfer you money to a savings account? I asked her why can’t she. She said its a savings account and you cannot. I was still not very ok but I did not want to argue with her as she was very intimidating. I also requested if I can send on mail all the evidences, she refused seeing those also and wanted to visit the branch again spending further 3k on cab and leaving my work. She said call in sick or take a half day from work. Why such suggestions are being made? She instructed Vibhuti and Ivan to put a hold back on the account. I tried convincing my salary is due and I will have bills to pay my mother is dependent on me she was not convinced I got up and left saying ok will visit again soon. Why is that only Miss Yogita can explain the Central team and not me? I very much believe the transactions are done by me and I’m co-operating while Miss Yogita is not. She wants me to visit branch again and again denying to accept evidences on mail or to even hear my plead.
Case no. 7 I escalated further and I spend nearly Rs. 3000 travelling to Sandoz Branch from Andheri East, also I work and I cannot leave everything and visit Branch daily. Nobody from HDFC will compensate my fare here. Also I do not understand what dirty politics are we playing here the last line of the letter states I can visit nearest branch with proofs and evidences.

Case no. 8 I actioned upon the letter visited Andheri E Branch (Mr Mahesh looped in mail) was extremely helpful he went through each transactions and the evidences I had printed he took my ITR and forwarded the team. Mr Mahesh is now being told that he should not be co-operating.
What are you upto HDFC Sandoz Branch? How are you contradicting your own letter here? This is unnecessary harassment.
A customer who has just been co-operating with you all is being treated this way? My salary is held in the account. I cannot pay rent to my landlord its so shameful that this matter is just being stretched on and on. Have we all lost humanity here?
How to even survive without money? Why are Sandoz Branch (Mr Vibhuti, Mr Ivan & Miss Yogita) not co-operating and stopping others from co-operation? A customer’s job is to just keep making rounds of Bank and visited 10 times already and sent 100+ mails. When I have been co-operative enough why can’t (Mr Vibhuti, Mr Ivan & Miss Yogita)
This is highly disturbing.
I have attached all the evidences here. Request you to send me details of where I can courier 600+ evidences so that I can save spending unnecessarily on the fare (Mr Vibhuti, Mr Ivan & Miss Yogita) are not letting other branch help me while the letter states visit nearest branch with all evidences and I’m duly co-operating while others not.
Where have I gone wrong here? to seek help in crisis from NBC or family or friends to help me meet my expenses and clear off my liabilities. My Dental fee for implants only costed me around 10lacs and then my mother’s surgery at Hinduja. I’m very much a normal person with no negative remark ever. I have had my account since 2015.
Can’t a person have a crisis ever? What wrong have I done here? Except for co-operation? why is this matter being dragged and stretched so much? I’m still co-operating having sleepless nights thinking why money is held that is my hard earned money and why I’m being mishandled by the Branch people? Have all stopped being Human?
Hence I have disclosed everything here since (Mr Vibhuti, Mr Ivan & Miss Yogita) are not letting others look into my case. I have escalated this matter and looped in all concerned persons as this matter is urgent and I’m going through a tough time as the money is held into the account and with expenses on my head and it is unmanageable as I’m left with no money currently and my parents are dependent on me. This is quite shameful as I’m co-operating HDFC Sandoz Branch is not and are trying to tell others to stay away from the matter. Extremely disappointing.
This is an extremely urgent matter. I hope you will be able to give a swift response.
