Dear Consumer Complaints Court Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to report a distressing incident involving an unauthorized deduction from my credit card. On 31-Dec-2023, an amount of Rs. 9069.98 was deducted without any confirmation of a booking. This deduction is associated with a transaction involving Agoda.com and Sidrapristine Hospitality Ernakulam.
Despite numerous attempts to cancel the transaction, I have been unsuccessful due to the absence of any booking details. The lack of transparency and unavailability of essential information on the booking site have left me in a distressing situation.
I kindly seek your immediate assistance in investigating this matter and facilitating the necessary steps to refund the deducted amount. Attached herewith are relevant screenshots and details related to the transaction for your reference.
