Text of Complaint by Neena Seth:

I ordered an Anarkali gown on August 30th, but they sent me a completely different torn and dirty saree on September 6th . I complained about the wrong product, and they agreed it was a mistake. However, when the pickup person came, they refused to take the parcel and was very rude. They said the parcel didn’t match the website photo, which doesn’t make sense because it’s a completely different item.
I called customer care and I’ve been trying again and again to get my money back, but they keep saying no and won’t take back the messed-up saree. I’m really disappointed and frustrated because I order a lot from Meesho, and this experience has left me very upset. I just want my refund.
