Subject: Urgent: Refund Denial for Incorrect Parcel—Request for Immediate Action
I am writing to formally address a concern regarding a recent order that has not been processed for a refund despite my repeated attempts. The details of the order are as follows:

Product Name: Puma Unisex NOVA Elite Tennis Shoe
On 1st February 2025, I received the wrong parcel for my order. Upon receiving the incorrect item, I immediately returned the package using the return label provided by Amazon on 3rd February. However, after the package was returned, I was informed that the refund could not be processed because Amazon claims the returned parcel is not the same as the one originally sent.
I would like to clarify that the returned parcel is indeed the same one I initially received. There was no tampering or swapping of items on my end. The error lies in the fulfillment process, and I followed all necessary steps as outlined in Amazon’s return policy.
I have already contacted Amazon support multiple times regarding this issue, but the situation remains unresolved. I am extremely frustrated by the lack of progress and the inaccurate claims being made by Amazon about the returned parcel.
I request that you thoroughly investigate the situation and process my refund as soon as possible. If there are any issues, please provide me with the necessary evidence or clarification so that we can resolve this matter promptly.
