Respected sir/madam
On July 28,2025 I ordered a wedding dress worth ₹7000 . I informed them about the event and it’s on October 19 . And they agreed to deliver my order on the last week of September 2025. Till today I didn’t receive my order . So that I contacted them multiple times , calls and messages through Instagram. At first they said that they will give the track id but after that they didn’t respond to calls and messages. And secondly I place a combo dress order worth ₹1550 . They didn’t give any updates or tracking ID regarding my order. I paid the total amount for both the order. So that I mailed them about this overdue and lack of response. Could you please look into this matter urgently and provide an update .I’m looking forward to hearing from you soon. So here by I will upload all the details.
