I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent order with ‘https://foracalm.in’ website, placed under Order ID FC3282.
I had eagerly anticipated receiving the “Britney Tote Bag (Buy 1 Get 1 Offer) Limited Time Only” as advertised on their site. However, upon receiving my order, I was dismayed to discover that the product I received did not match the description.
Despite my efforts to reach out via email, I have not received a single reply from their team, which has only added to my frustration.
I wish to resolve this matter promptly. My preference is to receive the correct product that I initially ordered. However, if this is not feasible, I kindly request a full refund of the amount I paid, which totals Rs. 2350.
